Coney Hill Community Primary School is a city school, serving the community of Coney Hill and close surrounding area. We are a one form entry school, with an integrated "Happy Hillers" preschool.

At Coney Hill Community Primary School, we believe that high quality, engagaing teaching leads to effective learning and this is what we strive for in every lesson. We have high aspirations for our children and our staff. As a result, children are provided with high quality learning experiences, resulting in a high level of pupil achievement across all areas of the curriculum.

We pride ourselves on a positive approach to behaviour, through a carefully structured system of rewards, using a restorative approach to managing misbehaviour. Rewards, such as Pride Points, are given not only for academic effort or achievement, but also for contributions towards the school ethos - displaying our PREACH values through everyday school life.
What our children have to say about their school is hugely important to us. Through the School Council, Play Leaders, House Captains and Vice-Captains, we provide the opportunity for pupils to have some influence, leadership and say, in areas of school life.
Our Hiller staff team is hard-working, committed and dedicated to the education and wellbeing of our children; each member of our teaching staff is fundamental to ensuring that our children have enriched lives and experiences. This is achieved through our wide range of extra-curricular activites such as choir, art club, mindfulness club, various sports clubs and outdoor learning club.
Our passion lies in enabling all of our children to overcome any barriers they might have to learning; we want our children to enjoy and achieve no matter what their starting point. Our Hub team and SENDCO are instrumental in ensuring that every child can access their learning and reach their full potential.
